The following arrival and dismissal procedures are critical to ensure the safety of our students and community.
⢠South Loop â Kindergarten & First Graders AND families with students in multiple grades
⢠Bus Loop â Buses and bus riders ONLY
⢠North Loop â Second and Third Graders ONLY
Student Arrival (Drop-Off) Procedures
⢠Stay in the right hand lane traveling south on Clio Rd.
⢠Turn right into your designated loop.
⢠Pull to the right and travel around the loop to the drop off spots.
⢠An adult will be there to greet your child and help them out of the vehicle.
⢠Please make sure your child is ready to get out with all their belongings.
⢠Students will be getting out on the sidewalk side of each lane.
⢠South Loop: Kindergarteners will enter the building at Door #25. First graders and older siblings will enter the building at Door #1 (Office Door).
⢠North Loop students will enter the building through Door #7.
⢠To ensure safety, students should remain in vehicles until 8:20.
⢠Students who arrive after 8:35 must be signed in by an adult in their main office (K/1st-Door #1, 2nd/3rd-Door #4)
⢠No cars are allowed in the Bus Loop until AFTER 9:00 a.m.
Student Dismissal (Pick-Up) Procedures
⢠South Loop Pick Up students will exit Door #25.
⢠North Loop Pick Up students will exit Door #7.
⢠Bus students will be called by bus to the bus loop.
⢠Each student will receive a Pick-Up Number Card. Pick-Up Number Cards should be placed in the corner of your vehicle windshield. A staff member will be entering this number into our Pick-Up system.
⢠Parents remain in right lane headed south on Clio Rd.
⢠The left lane is reserved for through traffic.
⢠Turn right into their designated loop and stay to the right.
⢠Please do not get out of line or let someone in front of you after this number has been entered.
⢠Remain in your car and in your lane. Pull forward as directed.
⢠There are 5 designated Loading Cones.
⢠Students will be told exactly which cone to stand at to wait for you.
⢠Students are directed to not move off the sidewalk until all vehicles are stopped.
⢠Once all students have been loaded, please pull forward as directed.
⢠If you are in the vehicle behind Cone #5, pull up to Cone #1 when directed.
⢠NO cars are allowed in the Bus Loop AFTER 3:00 p.m.
